摘要
目的:建立快速分离和测定食品中甜蜜素的高效液相色谱技术.方法:甜蜜索在紫外可见光范围内不被吸收,但加入次氯酸钠后,次氯酸钠中的氯将甜蜜素的氨基置换,生成N,N-二氯环己胺,再被正己烷萃取出来,在ODS-C18柱上,以乙腈(V):水(V)=70:30为流动相进行分离,检测波长314 nm,外标法定量.结果:该方法检测低限固体样品为2 mg/kg,液体样品0.5 mg/L,回收率71.0%~99.1%.结论:该方法快速简便,灵敏度高,干扰少,适用于大部分食品样品的测定.
Objective: To establish an improved technique - HPLC for the rapid detection of sodium cyclamate in foods. Methods:Traditional HPLC is not suitable for the determination of cyclamate as cyclamate does not absorb in the useable ultraviolet/visible (UV/VIS) range. But N, N- dichloridecyclohexane can be detected,which produced by the reaction between cyclamate and hypochlorous sodium after adding hypochlorous sodium. The amidogen of cyclamate was replaced by the chlorine. N, N - dichloridecyclohexane was extracted into n - hexane from the solution and was separated on ODS - Cls column by using a mobile phase of acetonitrile ( V ) : water (V) = 70 : 30 at 1 mL/min flow rate, then detected by ultraviolet/visible ( UV/ VIS) monitor at 314 nm. Results:The detection limit was 2 mg/kg for solid samples and 0. 5 mg/L for liquid samples. The recoveries were 71.0% -99. 1%. Conelution:This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and of little interference. It can be successfully applied to the measurement of cyclamate in food.
