摘要
目的为了检测PA28β在结肠癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织中表达的差异,探讨PA28β在结肠癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测43对结肠癌及癌旁组织中PA28β的蛋白表达差异,应用RT-PCR技术检测9对结肠癌及癌旁组织中PA28β的基因表达差异。结果 PA28β在结肠癌组织中的表达低于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PA28β与结肠癌的发生发展过程相关。
Objective To detect the difference of the expression of PA28β in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissue of patients with colon cancer and explore the function of PA28β in the process of occurrence and development of colon cancer. Methods Immu- nohistochemical detection was used to test the expression of PA28β protein in 43 pairs of colon cancer tissues and paracancerous tis- sues. The difference of expression of PA28β gene in colon cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues was detected by RT-PCR tech- nique. Results The expression of PA28β in colon cancer tissues was lower than that in paracancerous tissues, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion PA28β is associated with the process of occurrence and development of the colon cancer.
