摘要
近几年,随着白酒加工业的发展,白酒加工设备技术水平得到极大地提高,白酒加工设备向着大型化、自动化方向发展,新型白酒加工设备得以涌现和发展,自控系统也出现了一些新的变化。论述了我国大曲白酒加工设备选型,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。
