富硒栽培对黑木耳菌丝生长及产量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)为富硒载体,研究了不同浓度的红色纳米硒对黑木耳菌丝体、子实体发育和产量的影响,以及黑木耳的富硒能力。结果表明,培养基中添加的硒浓度为10 mg·kg^(-1)~50 mg·kg^(-1)时,黑木耳子实体产量及子实体中的总硒含量均随硒浓度的增加而提高,并于硒浓度为50 mg·kg^(-1)时子实体产量达到最大;当硒浓度高于50 mg·kg^(-1)时,子实体产量降低。黑木耳子实体中硒含量分析表明,黑木耳具有较强的富硒和耐硒能力,且子实体中硒含量与硒加入量呈正相关关系。 The effect of different selenium concentration on mycelium growth and yield of A uricularia auricula and the Se-accumulation ability of A. auricula were studied. Results showed that the biomass of fruit bodies and selenium content of fruit bodies increased along with selenium concentration between 10 mg·kg^-1-50 mg·kg^-1. And the yield was highest in the treatment with selenium concentration of 50 mg·kg^-1. The yield of A. auricula decreased when selenium concentration was more than 50 mg·kg^-1. The analysis of selenium content in fruit bodies indicated that A. auricula had strong Se-enriching and Se-enduring ability, and that the Se content of A. auricula fruit bodies was positively correlated to Se-component added.
