摘要
通过在培养基中添加不同浓度的硒来研究硒对杏鲍菇菌丝生长和营养成分的影响.结果显示,硒浓度在50μg/mL时四个品种杏鲍菇菌丝的生长值和维生素C含量、蛋白质含量、多糖的含量均达到最大且高于对照组.硒浓度在50μg/mL时能提高杏鲍菇菌丝的产量和营养物质的产出.
The effects of selenium on mycelial growth and nutritional components of Pleurotus eryngii were studied by adding different concentrations of selenium into the culture medium. The results showed that the mycelial growth and vitamin C content, protein content and polysaccharide content of four cultivars of Pleurotus eryngii reached the maximum at the concentration of selenium at 50 μg/mL and were higher than those of the control group. The mycelial yield and nutrient output of Pleurotus eryngii could be increased when the concentration of selenium was 50 μg/mL.
