摘要
目的探讨肿瘤患者放化疗前后单核细胞VCS参数的变化及临床意义。方法利用Beckman Coulter LH750全自动血细胞分析仪的体积测量、高频传导、激光散射(VCS)技术,分析200例正常人和203例肿瘤患者放化疗前后外周血单核细胞平均体积(MMV)、平均电导率(MMC)、平均散射率(MMS)、单核细胞平均体积分布宽度(MMV-SD)、单核细胞平均电导率分布宽度(MMC-SD)和单核细胞平均散射率分布宽度(MMS-SD)的变化。结果与放化疗前组相比,肿瘤患者放化疗MMV、MMV-SD、MMC、MMC-SD均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而MMS和MMS-SD差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,放化疗后MMV、MMC、MMV-SD和MMC-SD增大,而MMS和MMS-SD明显减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测肿瘤患者放化疗前后单核细胞参数的变化,对于临床动态观察肿瘤患者治疗效果有重要参考价值。
Objective To explore the variety of monocyte VCS parameters and their significance in tumor patients before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatments.Methods By using the volume measurement,high frequency conduction and laser light scattering(VCS) technology of Beckman Coulter LH750 automated blood cell analyzer.The changes of peripheral blood mononuclear cell mean volume(MMV),average electrical conductivity,average scattered emission rate,mononuclear cell mean volume distribution width(MMV-SD),mononuclear cell average conductivity distribution width(MMC-SD) and mononuclear cell average scattering rate distribution width(MMS-SD) of 200 normal people and 203 tumor patients before and after chemotherapy were analyzed.Results Compared with patients before radiotherapy and chemotherapy,MMV,MMV-SD,MMC,and MMC-SD significantly increased in tumor patients after chemotherapy and radiotherapy,with the differences statistically significant(P〈0.05);while,the difference between MMS and MMS-SD was not statistically significant(P〉0.05);and compared with the normal control group,MMV,MMC,MMV-SD and MMC-SD also significantly increased after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,while MMS and MMS-SD decreased,with the differences statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Analyzing the changes of the monocyte VCS parameters is of great value in observing the treatment effect of tumor patients.
