摘要
目的探讨支原体和细菌感染患儿外周血白细胞VCS参数的变化及临床意义。方法采用Coulter LH750全自动血细胞分析仪,测定120例支原体、细菌感染患儿和60例健康儿童的白细胞VCS参数,并对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果与健康对照组比较,支原体感染组的WBC,MNV,NDW,MNC,MLC,MLS,MMV,MDW和MMC明显增高,而MNS和MMS明显降低(P<0.01);细菌感染组的WBC,MNV,NDW,MNC,MLC,MMV,MDW和MMC明显增高,而MNS、MLS和MMS明显降低(P<0.01)。比较两个实验组发现,支原体感染组MMV和MMC明显增高,MNS和MMS明显降低(P<0.01);而细菌感染组以MNV和MNC增高明显为特点(P<0.01)。其他指标无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白细胞VCS参数在小儿支原体和细菌感染的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective The aim of study is to explore the changes and the clinical significance of the leukocyte VCS parameters in children with mycoplasmal and bacterial infection. Methods The leukocyte VCS parameters were detec- ted in 120 children with mycoplasmal and bacterial infection and 60 healthy children by the Coulter LH750 hematology analyzer,and the results were analyzed by statistical methods. Results In the MP infection,the WBC,MNV,NDW, MNC, MLC, MLS, MMV, MDW and MMC increased significantly, while the MNS and MMS reduced significantly (P 0.01) In the BEC infection, the WBC, MNV, NDW, MNC, MLC, MMV, MDW and MMC increased apparently, while the MNS, MLS and MMS reduced apparently (P'(0.01), compared with healthy controls. Compared two experimental groups,in the MP infection, the MMV and MMC increased markedly,while the MNS and MMS reduced markedly (P 0.01) however,the BER infection was characterized by a significant rise of MNV and MNC (P0.01). Other indica- tors showed no statistically significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion The leukocyte VCS parameters have great significance in the differential diagnosis of mycoplasmal and bacterial infection in children.
