摘要
提高教师专业发展水平是教育的内在要求。两位美国学者对此有着长久而深入的探索,并提出了五种基本的专业成长途径:观察与评估、自我引导、参与发展或改进过程、探究、培训。培训也可称之为继续教育。教师继续教育是指为提高教师专业素质对教师所进行的各种教育培训活动,它包括由专门培训机构组织的短期培训,校本培训和提高学历层次的培训三种方式。
Improving teachers' professional development level is the inherent requirement of education, and it is necessary to explore the ways to enhance teachers' professional development by solving realistic problems. Based on long and deep exploration, two American scholars put forward five basic kinds of ways to professional growth, which are observation and evaluation, self-reflection, participation the process of development or improvement, exploration,and training. Training can also be referred to as continuing education. The continuing education refers to all kinds of education and training activities to improve the teacher's professional quality, including short-term training by specialized training organization, school-based training, and educational background improvement.
