喀什地区维吾尔族教师专业化发展研究 被引量:2

On the Professional Development of Uygar Teachers in Kashgar

摘要 继续教育是促进教师专业发展的重要途径。本研究对喀什地区大中小学的维吾尔族教师对培训的看法和需求等方面进行了研究。结果表明:喀什地区维族教师培训的效果值得肯定;维族教师对培训的期望符合教师专业发展的内在需求;维族教师参与教育科研的意识强烈;维族教师十分看重专业自我的发展;喀什地区维族教师继续教育存在一定问题。 Continued education is a main way for teachers′ professional development. The article studies the views and needs for Uygar teachers′ training in Kashgar, which shows: The effect of Uygar teachers training is positive; The teachers′ training has met the inner needs of professional development; Teachers′ desire to be trained is strong; Uygar teachers take their own professional development seriously; There are still some problems in this field.
