摘要
[目的]了解和探讨本科护理院校教师结构性授权现状并分析其影响因素,为护理院校管理者对护理教师的授权提供科学依据。[方法]采用整群抽样方法,抽取东北三省共17所本科护理院校222名护理教师为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表和工作条件效能量表进行问卷调查。[结果]本科护理院校教师结构性授权总均分为(3.04±0.57)分;不同学历、行政职务、月薪、出国经历、参加学术会议和师资培训经历及是否为研究生导师的教师结构性授权得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学历、行政职务及参加学术会议为影响本科护理院校教师结构性授权的主要因素。[结论]本科护理院校教师结构性授权处于中等水平,其主要影响因素为学历、行政职务及参加学术会议经历。
Objective:To understand and probe into the status quo of structural empowerment of teachers in the undergraduate nursing school and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for the authorization of nursing teachers by managers in nursing school.Methods:By using cluster sampling method,a total of 222 nursing teachers from 17 undergraduate nursing colleges and universities in the northeast of China were selected as research subjects,and they were investigated by using the general information questionnaire and the work condition efficacy scale.Results:The total average score of structural empowerment of teachers in undergraduate nursing colleges and universities was(3.04±0.57);there was statistical significant difference in structural empowerment score among the teachers with different qualifications,or administrative positions,salary,or experience abroad,participating in academic conferences and teacher training experience and as a graduate student mentor(P〈0.05);qualifications,administrative duties and academic conferences were main factors influencing structural empowerment of teachers in undergraduate nursing colleges and universities.Conclusion:structural empowerment of teachers in undergraduate nursing colleges and universities was in the middle level,and the main influencing factors were education,administrative duties and academic conference experience.
