摘要
当前我国高校中存在着"仕之悠哉学"现象,其产生既受传统"官本位"思想和高校内部行政权力泛化的影响,又与职业社会地位和高校内部管理中缺乏有效的学术评价体系与权力制衡和监督机制有关。这一现象给我们的启示是:扩大高校自主权,减少对外行政依附的同时,倡导民主治校;提高行政官员自律意识,建立高校行政人员的专业资格制度;完善高校学术评价体系与权力制衡和监督机制。
At present, the phenomenon of easy study of official is relatively common in universities, which affected not only by Chinese traditional standard thought of officer and generalization of universities' administration power, but also by social status of vocational and lack of the effective mechanism of academic evaluation and supervision system of power. It has provided beneficial enlightenment for us. Firstly ,autonomic power should be further broadened in running colleges and universities and democratic management should be carried out in universities. Secondly, administrators should improve their consciousness of self-discipline and professional qualifications system for administrative staffs should be established in universities. Finally, academic appraisal system and supervision system of power should be strengthened.
