摘要
目的调查护理专业教师教学效能感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法应用高校教师效能感量表,对合肥医学院134名护理教师进行问卷调查。结果高校护理教师教学效能总分为(3.72±0.43)分,其中一般教学效能感得分最低,个人教学效能感与专业教学效能感得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多元回归分析显示,多媒体熟练程度、尝试新教学方法、上网业务学习、参与同行听课、发表论文和参编教材对教学效能感有正性影响。结论护理教师的教学效能感受教学活动和科研活动的影响,仍有一定的提升空间。
Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of teaching efficacy among nursing teachers in colleges or universities. Methods Totally 134 nursing teachers in Zunyi Medical University were investigated with University Teaching Efficacy Scale. Results The score of teaching efficacy was (3.72±0.43); the factor score of general teaching efficacy was the lowest and no significant difference was found between the factor score of personal teaching efficacy and professional teaching efficacy. Multiple regression analysis showed that teaching efficacy was influenced by proficiency of using multimedia, application of innovated teaching methods, the time of on-line learning, the times of attending peer lectures, writing papers and textbooks. Conclusion The teaching efficacy of nursing teachers in colleges or universities is influenced by teaching and research activities, which is needed to be further improved.
