摘要
本文通过文献检索法、内容分析法以及作者美国学习的亲身感受,运用比较教育学的原理和方法,就中美本科护理专业临床实践教育的教育标准、教学模式、教学师资教学方法和评价方法等方面进行比较分析,以期取长补短,为我国更好地开展临床护理教学改革提供参考。
In this paper,through the literature search method,content analysis,and first-hand experience of the author in the United States and using the principles and methods of comparative education,clinical practice education standards,teaching models,teaching faculty,teachlng methods,and evaluation methods of the undergraduate nursing programs were compared and analyzed between China and U.S. to provide a reference for better carrying out the reform of clinical nursing education.
