摘要
采用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定四氯化钛中锡的含量,方法检出限为0.01μg/m L,回收率为98.33%～100.50%,相对标准偏差为4.63%,测定结果令人满意,方法简捷、快速、可信。
Amount of stannum in titanium tetrachloride were determined by the full spectrum of direct-reading inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer（ICP-OES） , The detection limit for stannum of the method was 0. 01 μg/mL, the recovery rate of stannum was 98.33% - 100. 50% , the relative standard deviation for the stannum was 4. 63 %. The results of determination is satisfactory, and the proposed method is simple, rapid and reliable.
