摘要
制备了微柱填充物-氨基乙酸纤维滤纸片,在pH3.7±0.1条件下同时分离和富集了海水中μg/L级的钼和钒,并采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定。钼和钒的富集倍数为95.7,回收率为92%~104%和98%~112%,4次测定的相对标准偏差分别为8.2%和4.9%。
An aminocarboxylic acid cellulose material has been prepared and used in the microco lumn for preconcentration and separation of trace Mo and V in seawater at pH 3.70±0.10.Mo and V were then determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP AES).The enrichment factors for Mo and V are 95.7,respectively,while their recoveries are 92%~104% and 98%~112%, respectively.Their relative standard deviations ( n =4) are 8.2 and 4.9%, respectively.
