摘要
本文提出了在光电二极管阵列检测器－ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ与微机处理的联机系统中，采用差谱法以直接消除光谱干扰的方法。详细讨论了差谱原理，差谱程序及差谱效果。应用差谱法测定了两个参考样品，结果符合要求。
A computer spectrum-stripping method is proposed to strip the interference spectrum from the original complex spectra using a home-built photodiode-array ICPspectrometer.The principle of the method and the stripping procedures are fully discussed.Several examples are presented to illustrate the feasibility of the method in eliminating variours kinds of spectral interferences.Two reference samples were analysed.The results aresatisfactory.
