摘要
本文通过试验确立了氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定锡的条件,采用提高原子化炉温度至750℃可有效消除锑对测定锡的干扰,控制酸度2%(V/V)、基体锌在0.2g以内,该方法取得满意的效果。用相关标准样品进行测试,相对标准偏差在3.85%~10.16%之间,分析结果与标准值十分吻合,可实现快速、准确分析。
The paper ensure the testing conditions of hydride generator--atomic fluorescence spetrometer method through experimentations. It can be eliminated the interference of stibium to the determination of tin effictively by enhance tempreture to 750℃. The method is satisfied under the condition that controling the acidity to 2 percent (v/v) and zinc content less than 0.2 g. With the correlative standard sample check, the relatively standard deviation is between 3.85 to 10.16 percent and the testing value is correspond with the sandard value. It can be realized to determinate tin content accurately and quickly.
