The Underwater Fluorometer and its Application in Marine in situ Detection

摘要 本文主要通过1989~1992年河北省黄骅市沿海一带赤潮水质监测的结果,探讨赤潮发生期间营养盐及微量元素的含量变化与赤潮的关系。结果表明,营养盐的富集导致赤潮藻类的快速增殖,微量元素Fe和Mn的过量又是赤潮形成的诱发因子。 This article describes three types of underwater fluorometer system which were first developed successfully by us during recent years. The results of their application in marine in-situ detection are: (1) The underwater fluorometer can be used in the experimental research on mixing and diffusion of water mass to detect the concentration of Rhodamine-B in the range from 1×10 -6 to 1×10 -10 g/cm 3; (2) The towing fluorometer system can work steadily and horizontally in the water within the depths of 2-80 m with a towing speed of 0-8 kn. Besides detecting Rhodamine-B, it can also be used in detecting the content of inorganic suspended substances with a range from 2 to 2000mg/l; (3) The underwater fluorometer can be used in measuring the concentration of chlorophyll-a in marine phytoplankton with a measuring range from 1×10 -6 to 1×10 -9 g/cm 3. The method of using fluorometry to measure the substance in the sea is a convenient, quick, highly sensitive and widely-used measuring techniqne which has been newly developed only in recent years and it has very important application value.
