摘要
目的了解杭州市滨江区60岁以上低保和非低保老人的缺牙状况和口腔健康意识,提出保健对策。方法对杭州滨江区60岁以上的低保和非低保老人进行缺牙状况检查和问卷调查,比较两组人群的平均缺牙数、牙列缺失修复情况和健康意识的差异。结果调查低保老人113人,非低保老年人94人,低保老人平均缺牙数(13.58颗)高于非低保老人(11.39颗),低保老人的牙列缺失修复率(48.08%)较非低保老人(69.66%)低,选择局部活动义齿修复率较高。低保和非低保老人的医保覆盖率差异并无统计学意义,非低保老人1年内诊疗费用、就诊频率及可接受的诊疗费额度远高于低保老人。结论该地区60岁以上低保老人缺牙状况较同龄段非低保老人严重,口腔健康行为意识薄弱,建议卫生管理部门采取相应保障机制予以特别关注。
[Objective]To investigate the teeth loss status and oral health behaviors of the elderly individuals over 60 years old in Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province and put forward some measures for health care.[Methods]207 local elders over 60 years old from Binjiang District, Hangzhou City are surveyed with examination of teeth loss status and related questionnaire. These people, according to their getting living allowance from the government or not, are divided into two groups, following by statistical comparisons on their status of teeth lossspecially average number of missing teeth,corresponding prosthesis and perceptions of health. [Results] Among those elders with living allowance-a total of 113 people, the average numbers of missing teeth are 13.58. For those out of allowance-94 elders totally, however, the numbers are 11.39, which turned out to be a little lower. A lower rate of prosthetic treatment can also be seen among the low-income elders and the related result in detail is 48.08%versus 69.66%, along with the finding that the low-income prefer removable particle dentures. Besides, the group of lower-income elders also perform worse on items such as costs on yearly treatment, visiting rate and economic affordability while their insurance coverage are the same. [Conclusion]With conceptions of oral health being weakened, the local elders getting their living allowance from the government suffer severer teeth status. So we suggest the health administration in Binjiang District be aware of this fact and set measures on it.
