摘要
目的:探讨免费修复低保老年人全口义齿的修复方法和修复效果,为改进全口义齿修复提供借鉴。方法:对58例低保老年患者全口义齿修复的做法和临床实际效果进行回顾性分析。结果:58例全口义齿修复成功53例,占91.4%,5例失败,占8.6%。结论:对无牙低保老年人进行全口义齿修复时,必须结合患者的实际情况,选择合适的材料和方法,合理调整患者就医焦虑情绪,指导患者积极配合。
Objective：Free repair repair methods to explore the effect of guaranteeing the elderly and repair denture, to improve denture repair to provide reference. Methods：Actual effect on clinical practice and 58 cases of elderly patients guaranteeing complete dentures were retrospectively analyzed. Results：58 cases of denture repair is successful in 53 cases, accounting for 91.4%, five cases of failure, accounting for 8.6%.Conclusions：Subsistence allowances for the elderly toothless full dentures, the patient must be combined with the actual situation, select the appropriate materials and methods, a reasonable adjustment in patients with medical anxiety.
