摘要
【目的】了解并分析驻长沙市军队离休干部牙列缺失及修复情况,为军队离休干部的口腔保健提供基础资料。【方法】按第二次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查标准,对驻长沙市434名军队离休干部进行口腔健康状况调查,数据采用SPSS10.0软件包进行统计学分析。【结果】缺牙率为76.96%,总失牙数4 010颗,总现存牙数8 142颗,人均失牙9.24颗,失牙均数随年龄增长而增高(P<0.05),人均保留牙的数目与年龄呈负相关(P<0.01)。【结论】军队离休干部口腔健康状况随年龄的增大而降低。
[Objective]To understand and analyze the state of teeth loss and prosthesis in retired military cadres in Changsha. [Methods]According to the standards of the 2nd national oral health sampling survey,434 retired military cadres were examined. The results were processed using SPSS 10. 0 software package. [Resuits]76.96% of individuals had lost partial or all of their teeth. The figure of teeth loss was 4010 , that of remaining teeth was 8142 . The mean of lost teeth was 9.24. The mean number of lost teeth became higher with the increase of ages （ P〈0.05）. The number of present teeth had a negative correlation to ages（ P〈0.01）. [Conclusions]The status of the retired veteran cadre＇s oral health reduces with increasing of the age. It＇s neccessery to strengthen their oral health care consciousness and improve their oral treatment and prosthesis level in order to guarantee their good life quality.
