摘要
为实现F-T柴油在柴油发动机上的推广应用,通过改变供油提前角和压缩比对F-T柴油发动机的燃烧和排放特性进行了研究。试验结果表明:燃用F-T柴油时,如果供油时刻提前,那么爆发压力、瞬时放热率、滞燃期和持续期均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,而且PM,THC,CO排放下降,NO_x排放上升;如果压缩比降低,那么爆发压力和持续期下降,瞬时放热率略有上升。
In order to realize the popularization and application of F-T diesel in the diesel engine. An experiment was undertaken on CY25 TQ diesel engine to investigate combustion and emission characteristics for the F-T diesel engine by changing the advanced angle of fuel supply and compression ratio. Experimental results show that with the increase of the advanced angle of fuel supply, the maximum pressure, the rate of instantaneous heat release, ignition delay and combustion duration rise first and then fall, the PM, THC, CO emission decrease, the NOxemission increase. With the decrease of the compression ratio, the maximum pressure and the combustion duration fall, the rate of instantaneous heat release rise.
