摘要
在增压中冷柴油机上研究了0#柴油和F-T柴油混合燃料的性能和排放特性。结果表明:在相同的工况上,随着F-T柴油掺混比例的增加,与0#柴油相比,最高燃烧压力逐渐降低,所对应的曲轴转角后移,滞燃期缩短,预混燃烧峰值降低,扩散燃烧峰值升高;动力性稍有下降;负荷特性下CO、HC、NOX和PM排放随着F-T柴油掺混比例的增加而下降,在测试工况上燃烧F30混合燃料时排放下降幅度较大,NOX和PM排放没有出现trade-off的变化规律;有效热效率和燃油经济性有所提升。
In this paper,the performance and emissions of No. 0 diesel and F-T diesel blends were investigated on a turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine.The results show that comparing with No.0 diesel, the maximum cylinder pressure gradually reduced and the corresponding crank Angle pushed back, Ignition delay,the peak value of premixed burning rate decrease, the maximum diffusive burning rate increases; the power slightly decreases;The CO, HC, NOxand PM emissions decrease with the increase of F-T fraction in the blends at the load characteristics, emissions decrease greatly when burning F30. NOxand PM emissions do not appear the trade-off variation regular; the effective thermal efficiency and fuel economy improves.
