摘要
根据实测的喷油器针阀升程和示功图,对一台单缸、直喷式柴油机燃用Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)柴油时的燃烧放热规律进行了计算,并系统分析了其燃烧特性.研究结果表明:与0号柴油相比,F-T柴油的喷油延迟角和喷油持续期稍长,滞燃期平均缩短了18.7%,预混燃烧放热峰值平均降低了26.8%,扩散燃烧放热峰值较高,快速燃烧期较短,燃烧持续期相当;燃用F-T柴油时的最高燃烧压力略低,最大压力升高率显著降低,燃烧噪声和机械损失较小,有效燃油消耗率和有效热效率得到了改善.
On the basis of the recorded in-cylinder pressures and injector needle lifts, the combustion characteristics of an unmodified single-cylinder direct injection diesel engine operating on F-T diesel fuel are analyzed and compared with those of conventional diesel fuel operation. The results show that F-T diesel fuel exhibits a slightly longer delay of injection and duration of injection, an 18. 7% average shorter ignition delay, and a comparable total combustion duration when compared to those of conventional diesel fuel. Meanwhile, F-T diesel fuel displays a 26. 8% average lower peak value of premixed burning rate and a higher peak value of diffusive burning rate. In addition, the F-T diesel engine has a slightly lower peak combustion pressure, a far lower rate of pressure rise, and a lower mechanical load and combustion noise than the conventional diesel engine. The brake specific fuel consumption is lower and the effective thermal efficiency is higher for F-T diesel fuel operation.
