摘要
目的:建立LC-MS/MS方法测定降压类中成药中非法添加氢氯噻嗪、尼群地平和尼莫地平3种化学物质。方法:采用液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法,多反应监测模式(MRM)对降压类中成药中非法添加的3种化学物质进行定量、定性分析。结果:建立了同时测定降压类中成药非法添加3种化学物质的方法,检测限均小于0.05 ng。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可作为降压类中成药中非法添加尼莫地平、尼群地平和氢氯噻嗪的快速筛查并定量的方法。
To establish a liquid chromatography- tandem mass chromatography method for screening hydrochlorothiazide,nitrendipine and nimodipine in Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines. Methods： The target compounds were analyzed by LC- MS / MS- ESI-MRM. Results： Established a method for determination of 3 compounds illegally added into Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines simultaneously and the detection limits were less than 0. 05 ng. Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate and it could be used for rapidly screening and quantitatively analyzing hydrochlorothiazide,nitrendipine and nimodipine in Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines.
