摘要
目的:建立液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用法测定降压类保健食品和中成药中非法添加吲达帕胺、硝苯地平、尼群地平、尼莫地平等4种化学成分。方法:选用SunFireTMC18(150mm×2.1mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相,检测波长226nm,流速为0.2mL.min-1。对降压类保健品或中成药的提取液进行液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱分析。通过与对照品的色谱及质谱行为相比较,对降压类保健品或中成药中非法添加的吲达帕胺、硝苯地平、尼群地平、尼莫地平进行定性鉴别。结果:在4种受试降压类保健品或中成药中,1种被检测到添加有吲达帕胺、硝苯地平。结论:该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为分析检测降压类保健品或中成药中非法添加吲达帕胺、硝苯地平、尼群地平、尼莫地平的有效方法。
Objective:To develop a specific method for the identification of indapamide,nifedipine,nitrendipine,nimodipine illegally added into health care food and traditional Chinese medicine antihypertensive preparations and test some formulations.Methods:The liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry method was used,SunFireTMC18(150 mm×2.1 mm,5 μm) column,the mobile phase was methanol-water(60:40),the detecting wavelength was at 226 nm,flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1.After separated by the chromatographic-mass spectrometry,the organic extraction of the traditional Chinese medicine antihypertensive preparations was analyzed.The compounds illegally added into the traditional Chinese medicine antihypertensive preparations were identified according to the chromatographic behavior and mass spect ral data by comparison with those of reference substances.Results:Indapamide and nifedipine were found in one formulations.Conclusion:The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect the illegal traditional Chinese medicine antihypertensive preparations.
