摘要
目的采用一套经过方法学试验确证的高效液相色谱系统,对绿金胶囊中掺有的降压成分进行分离筛查,并利用液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)法对已分离出的降压成分进行确证。方法仪器为岛津LC-MS2010A液相色谱质谱联用仪,单极四级杆质量分析器。色谱柱为日本资生堂C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为200～600nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果在绿金胶囊中检测出西药成分尼群地平。结论方法简便快速,经质谱分析后,结果准确可靠。
Objective To establish a LC- MS method for the analysis of the antihypertensive medicinal constituents in Lujin Capsules. Methods The antihypertensive medicinal constituents were analyzed by Shimadzu LC-MS 2010A after protonation with ESI mode. The chromatographic column of C18 was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol- water and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 200-600 nm. Results Nitrendipine was detected in Lujin Capsules. Conclusion This method is simple and quick with accurate and reliable result of determination.
