摘要
目的:对抗溃疡类药物非法添加化学物质建立快速检测方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别样品中是否含有西咪替丁、盐酸雷尼替丁、法莫替丁、奥美拉唑、多潘立酮。结果:建立了非法添加化学物质薄层色谱快速检测方法。结论:通过此方法可以快速鉴别非法添加化学物质,为快速检测提供一定的可行方法。
Objective：Establish rapid detection methods of anti-ulcer drug illegally added chemicals.Method：Using TLC identification of samples contain cimetidine,ranitidinehydroehloride,famotidine , omeprazole, domperidone ketone.Results：Establishment of illegally added chemicals TLC fast detection method.Conclusion：By this method you can quickly identify illegally added chemicals for providing viable way of the rapid detection.
