摘要
目的探讨传统手术与鼻内镜辅助手术治疗嗅神经母细胞瘤(ONB)的临床疗效。方法开展鼻内镜手术前收治的ONB患者20例给予传统手术治疗,为传统手术组;开展鼻内镜手术后收治的24例ONB患者给予鼻内镜辅助手术治疗,为鼻内镜辅助手术组,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者3内局部复发率和术后3年生存率的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);鼻内镜辅助手术组患者的复发时间显著长于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助手术治疗ONB患者疗效确切,能够显著缩短患者复发时间,配合术后放射治疗,可获得理想疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional surgery and Nasal endoscopic operation in the treatment of olfactory neuroblastoma（ ONB）. Methods The 20 patients with ONB were treated with traditional surgery（ traditional surgery group）,and 24 patients with ONB were treated with nasal endoscopic operation（ nasal endoscopic operation group）,then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results There was no significantly difference in the recurrence rate,survival rate 3-year after the treatment between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; The time of recurrence in the traditional surgery group was shorter than the nasal endoscopic operation group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic operation has exact clinical effect in the treatment of patients with ONB,can significantly reduce the recurrence time and obtain ideal curative effect combined with postoperative radiation therapy. It is worthy of promotion.
