摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤切除术的可行性及疗效。方法回顾性总结鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤病例37例,所有病例均行鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术。结果随访6～46个月,6例局部复发并行二次手术,1例术后反复复发行4次手术,7例全身转移,至今12例死亡。结论对于局限于鼻腔鼻窦的低度恶性肿瘤,鼻内镜手术疗效较好。而对于范围较大、恶性程度高的肿瘤应慎重选择鼻内镜手术。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of endoscopic resection of malignant tumors of the nose and sinus. Methods A retrospective review was done in 37 cases of malignancies treated by endoscopic resection. Results During 6--46 month postoperative follow-up, six patients were found to have local recurrence and underwent a second surgery; one had repeated recurrence, and underwent four operations; seven had systemic metastases; 12 died. Conclusion The efficacy of endoscopic resection for low potential malignancies, confined to the nose and sinus, is relatively good; for high-grade malignancies, the use of endoscopic surgery should be cautious.
