摘要
目的探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床病理特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1994～2010年浙江省肿瘤医院收治的21例嗅神经母细胞瘤临床表现、病理特点、治疗方法及预后情况。结果患者Kadish分期A期1例,B期11例,C期9例。单纯手术2例,手术联合放疗10例,手术联合放化疗9例。19例患者获得随访资料,5年总生存率和无病生存率分别为54.5%和45.5%。结论嗅神经母细胞瘤是一种具有高度复发和转移倾向的恶性肿瘤,预后与临床分期及治疗方式相关。
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis and treatment of the olfactory neuroblastoma （ONB） . METHODS The clinical and pathological data of 21 cases with ONB treated at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from 1994 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics, pathological features, surgical approaches and prognosis factors were analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. RESULTS According to Kadish＇s staging system, one case was with stage A, 11 cases were with stage B, and 9 cases were with stage C. Among the 21 patients, 2 were treated with surgery alone, 10 were with surgery and radiotherapy, and 9 were with surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Follow-up data of 19 patients were collected. The 5-year overall survival rate was 54.5% and the 5-year disease-free survival rate was 45.5%. CONCLUSION ONB is a malignant tumor with high rate of Ioco-regional recurrence and distant metastasis. The prognosis of ONB is associated with the clinical stage and treatment modalities.
