摘要 考核评价体系是一种行为信号,是被考评者承担的工作职责与内容的定量或定性化标的。本文结合某国有企业实际,运用关键成功要素(KSF)和目标管理法(MBO),提出了国有企业中层管理人员六个角色特征和三方面履行职责的关键成功要素,研究设计了中层管理人员考核评价体系,并运用权重因子分析法科学设定了指标的权重,对国有企业中层管理人员考核评价体系的建立具有现实的应用前景和借鉴意义。 Appraisal and evaltmtion system is a behavioral signal, it is measured by the people' sjob responsibilities andthe qualitative or finalizationofjob content. Combining with the State-owned enterprise' s actual circumstances, this thesis states six roles features and three key successful factors to perform duties of the middle-level cadres in State-owned enterprises on the base of Key Success Factors ( KSF ) and Management By Objectives (MBO), then it devises the appraisal and evaluation system of the middle-level cadres and sets index weight by using the weight of the factor analysis method, which has the practical prospect and reference significance to build the appraisal and evaluation system.
