摘要
[目的]从华中五味子中获得高纯度五味子酚的制备方法。[方法]采用95%乙醇热回流对华中五味子中的化学成分进行提取,通过高效液相色谱检测不同产地华中五味子中五味子酚的含量,选择高含量产地的样品提取物通过正、反相硅胶柱层析法进行纯化,从中制备出高纯度的五味子酚。[结果]四川产华中五味子中的五味子酚相对含量较高,从中可制备较多量的高纯度五味子酚。[结论]用正、反相硅胶柱层析法能够简单快速地从华中五味子中获得高纯度五味子酚,丰富了获得五味子酚的资源和制备方法,为五味子酚化学和生物学的可持续研究提供了物质基础。
[Objective] To prepare the high purity schisanhenol from Schisandra sphenanthera. [Method] After the chemical constituents of Schisandra sphenanthera with 95% ethanol were extracted,the schisanhenol content in them was detected by HPLC. And schisanhenol with the high purity was prepared from the sample with the high content by positive and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. [Result] The relative content of schisanhenol in Schisandra sphenanthera collected from Sichuan Province was the most highest. [Conclusion] By positive and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography,high purity schisanhenol could be quickly and easily obtained from Schisandra sphenanthera,which will enrich the resource and preparation method of schisanhenol,and provide the material base for sustainable research on chemistry and biology of schisanhenol.
