摘要
通过对传统中药华中五味子中的化学成分进行初步研究,得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为五味子酚(schisan-henol,1)、戈米辛P顺芷酸酯(tigloylgomisin P,2)、五味子酯乙(schisantherin B,3)、pregomisin(4)和chicanine(5)。
This paper elaborated the study on the chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils,5 compounds were isolated from the extract moiety of petroleum ether and EtOAc of S.sphenanthera.Their structures were elucidated as schisanhenol（1）,tigloylgomisin P（2）,schisantherin B（3）,pregomisin（4）,and chicanine（5）.
