摘要
[目的]建立北五味子药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为北五味子药材的质量控制提供保证。[方法]采用RP-HPLC分析,利用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)对不同批次北五味子药材HPLC图谱进行分析比较。[结果]建立了北五味子药材的HPLC指纹图谱,以五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子酚、五味子乙素为参照峰确立了北五味子药材指纹图谱中的35个共有峰。[结论]建立的指纹图谱重现性及稳定性均较好,可用于北五味子药材的质量管理规范。
[Objective] To establish the chromatographic fingerprint for herba Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Bail by RP-HPLC,and provide a guaranteeing for quality control of S.chinensis.[Method] By using RP-HPLC analysis,the chromatograms of different batches of herba S.chinensis were compared by the software of similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version 2004A).[Result] HPLC fingerprint of herba S.chinensis was established with schisandrin,schisanhenol,schizandrin a,schizandrin B as the reference compound.Eighteen mutual peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of S.chinensis.[Conclusion] The method can be provided as a scientific and effective way for quality control of S.chinensis.
