五味子甲素和五味子醇甲对四氯化碳所致肝脏损伤的保护作用 被引量:60

摘要 目的 研究五味子甲素 (Deoxyschizandrin)和五味子醇甲 (Schizandrin)对血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、血清白蛋白 (ALB)和总蛋白 (TP)的影响。方法 复制小鼠CCl4 肝损伤模型 ,用五味子甲素和五味子醇甲防治 ,用生化方法测定血清ALT、AST、ALB和TP。结果 与CCl4 组相比 ,五味子醇甲组和五味子甲素组ALT、AST均显著降低(P <0 0 1) ,ALB和TP无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;五味子醇甲组和五味子甲素组之间各项指标均无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 五味子甲素和五味子醇甲均对CCl4 所致肝损伤具有一定的保护作用 。 Objective To study the effects of deoxyschizandrin and schizandrin on ALT,AST,ALB and total protein in serum.Method Mouse model of CCl 4-induced hepatic damage was established and deoxyschizandrin and schizandrin were used for protecting the liver against damage,then levels of serum ALT,AST,ALB and total protein were determined by biochemical method.Results Levels of serum ALT and AST in schizandrin group and deoxyschizandrin group decreased compared with CCl 4 group(P<0 01);no significant difference in these indexes was observed between deoxyschizandrin group and schizandrin group (P>0 05).Conclusions Both deoxyschizandrin and schizandrin afford protection against CCl 4-induced hepatic damage,and there is no significant difference in activity between these two compounds.
