摘要
研究了苯氧威的高效液相色谱检测条件,指出以甲醇+水为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器分离测定苯氧威的标准偏差为0.063,变异系数为0.067%,平均回收率为99.16%,线性关系系数为0.9999。
It was introduced that the quantitative determination of fenoxycarb by reverse phase HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase,using C18 column and ultraviolet detector. The results show that the standard deviation ,the variation coefficient, the average recovery and liner correlation were 0.063, 0.067%, 99.16%, 0.9999.
