Optimization matching of motor-transmission integration based on optimum efficiency

摘要 文章参考某款最新开发的电动汽车设计参数,对驱动电机进行了参数设计,并设计了不带离合器的电机-变速器一体化结构;为提高电机平均工作效率,通过综合考虑变速器传动比的选择及其相应的换挡规律对电机工作效率的影响,对变速器传动比进行了优化。通过修改ADVISOR里的相关部件参数建立了仿真模型,并在NEDC循环工况下对优化前、后的模型进行了仿真对比。结果表明,优化后电机平均工作效率提高了2.1%,电动汽车的续驶里程也提高了3.8km。 In this paper, the parameters of the traction motor are designed based on the parameters of a newly- developed electric vehicle, and a structure of motor-transmission integration without clutch is designed. In or- der to improve the average operation efficiency of the motor, the gear ratio of transmission is optimized by considering the impact of the gear ratio of transmission and corresponding shift schedule on the operation effi- ciency of the motor. A simulation model is established in ADVISOR with modified parameters, and the simu- lation comparison between the optimized model and the original model is carried out under NEDC cycle condi- tion. The results show that the average operation efficiency of the motor is improved by 2. 1 % and the driving range is extended by 3. 8 km through optimization.
