摘要
为了满足电动汽车牵引电机系统性能测试的需要,本文基于牵引电机驱动系统的受力分析和工作特点,建立了牵引电机系统的实物实验台架,利用虚拟仪器技术设计了实验测试系统,建立了基于PX I总线的硬件结构,以及基于项目管理和层次结构的测试软件,实现了多路并行、高速数据采集的电机测试系统。测试系统充分发挥了虚拟仪器技术灵活性、兼容性强和可重用度高的特点,在实际应用中提高了测试过程的客观性和自动化程度,具有较好的科研价值和应用前景。
In order to satisfy the performance test requirements of driving motor system of electric vehicle, a test platform is established based on driving motor characteristic analysis. Virtual instrument technology is also used in this test system design. A hardware construction based on PXI bus is built up. Test software based on project management and hierarchy configuration is written. The test system makes full use of the flexibility, compatibility and reusability of virtual instrument, and can realize multi -channel parallel, high speed data acquisition in motor test. This test system was used in practical experiment successfully; the objectivity and automation in test process are improved remarkably. Experiment result shows that this test system has preferable value in technique research and application.
