摘要
文章以某款新开发的纯电动汽车作为研究对象,按照整车设计要求合理分配动力传动系参数,借助模拟分析软件CRUISE和优化设计软件iSIGHT建立纯电动汽车动力部件和整车仿真模型,并采用遗传算法对传动系统参数进行优化,对优化前后的整车动力性和经济性进行了仿真分析,结果表明在满足整车动力性设计指标的前提下,优化后的该款纯电动汽车在NEDC工况下的能量消耗降低了10.4%。
A new type of pure electric vehicle is chosen as research object. The transmission system pa- rameters were matched reasonably according to the design requirements. Dynamic units and whole ve- hicle simulation model of pure electric vehicle were established by using the simulation analysis soft- ware CRUISE and optimization design software iSIGHT, and the driving parameters were optimized through genetic algorithm(GA). The simulation analysis of dynamic property and economy of the whole vehicle before and after optimization was conducted, and the results show that the energy con- sumption of the optimized vehicle is reduced by 10, 4% under NEDC in the condition of meeting the dynamic design of whole vehicle.
