摘要 分析了AMT车辆的频繁换挡现象,得出在突然加减油门工况下,引起AMT车辆频繁换挡的直接原因是车速相对于油门突变的滞后。提出了根据油门开度变化率来识别突然加减油门工况,通过设置换挡延迟时间来屏蔽突然加减油门时换挡指令的换挡控制策略,并在装有AMT的某重型载货汽车上进行了试验。试验结果表明,该换挡控制策略不仅能有效消除或减少频繁换挡现象的发生,同时有条件地保留了驾驶员干预换挡功能,满足车辆实际行驶工况的需要,提高了AMT车辆的使用性能。 After analyzing the cases of AMT vehicle's shift hunting, a direct cause being gotten under the condition of sudden change of pedal which gives occasion to shift hunting, is that AMT vehicle accelerating relatively lags the pedal's sudden change. A control countermeasure is put forward, which recognizes pedal's sudden changes by measuring throttle changing, and shields the meantime shifting instructions by resetting shifting lag time, and some tests have been made on some heavy-duty cargo trucks with AMT. The result of the test shows, shifting control strategy not only can effectively eliminate or reduce the occurring of frequently shift, but also conditionally reserve the function of intervening shift for driver, which have met the vehicle needs of the operating mode actually, and improved the serviceability of AMT vehicle.
