摘要
职业技能竞赛是我国高等职业教育的一项重大创新和推动教学改革的重要力量。以职业技能竞赛为导向,对电气自动化技术专业的实践教学进行改革,提出采用"一个目标,三个层次,两次练习"的教学模式进行实践教学,通过"课程实训,学期综合实训,岗前综合实训"三个层次的实训巩固所学知识、强化训练专业技能、培养学生分析解决问题的能力;通过改革考核方式培养学生的团队精神和凝聚力,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高实践教学效果。
Vocational skills contest is a radical innovation and important force in reforming our higher vocational education. With vocational skills contest as the guidance, a teaching model was put forward for practice teaching reform of electrical automation technology, which inchldes a target, three levels, two times practice. Through course training, comprehensive training and pre service training we consolidated the knowledge, strengthened professional skills training and cultivated students' ability in problem-analysis and solving. We also fostered the students" team spirit, stimulated students" interest in learning and improved the effect of practice teaching by the reform of assessment.
