摘要
通过聚酯生产装置研究了PTA原料对生产过程及产品性能的影响。研究表明:小粒径的PTA原料会引起浆料搅拌电流的升高,同时导致第一酯化酸值(AN)降低;PTA中对甲基苯甲酸(PT酸)含量越高第一酯化二甘醇含量越高;原料PTA中对羧基苯甲醛(4-CBA)含量越高、Delta-Y值越大,会对切片的色值产生不利影响。
The effect of PTA on productive process and production properties was studied by PET plants.It demonstrated that small size of PTA increased stirring electric current and reduced acid number of the 1 st esterifica-tion.The diethylene glycol value increased as PT acid (p-toluic acid)of PTA gone up.And the high contents of 4-CBA (p-carboxybenzaldehyde)and delta-Y value provided an adverse effect on colour value.
