摘要
探讨了影响PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)产品质量的因素,提出控制原料PTA(精对苯二甲酸)质量,添加剂和催化剂加入量,n(EG)/n(PTA)、生产负荷、温度和真空度的变化对最终产品PET各质量指标所产生的明显影响,从而得出了生产工艺平稳,过程控制稳定是生产高质量PET的首要条件之结论。
The factors that have effect on PET quality were studied.The effects of controlling the quality of raw material PTA,the adding quantity of additive and catalyst,the ratio of n(EG)to n(PTA),the production capacity,the changing of temperature and vacuum degree on quality indexes of PET final product were pointed out.It is concluded that the stable production technology and stable process controlling are the primary conditions to produce high quality PET.
