摘要
分析了聚酯装置生产中PTA粒径变化及杂质含量变化对生产工艺及产品质量的影响。原料PTA粒径的变化以及对羧基苯甲醛(4-CBA)和对甲基苯甲酸(PT酸)含量超标都会对聚合反应带来不利影响,且直接影响短纤维质量。PTA粒径应稳定在(130±10)μm。PT酸,4-CBA含量的波动会导致酯化工艺水中化学耗氧量(COD)的变化,应避免大幅度波动。
The effects of changes of PTA particle size and impurity content on production process and product quality were analyzed for polyester plants. The change of PTA particle size and the contents of p -carboxybenzaldehyde (4-CBA) and p -toluic acid (PT acid) higher than the standard level provided an adverse effect on polymerization and reduced the staple fiber quality directly. PTA particle size should be 130 ± 10μm. The fluctuation of PT acid and 4-CBA contents that caused the change of COD of esterification processing water should be controlled.
