摘要
为提高催化剂回收效率,对沉淀剂的采用、沉淀pH值和搅拌器转速等因素进行探究,结合催化剂回收产生废水中催化剂的浓度,分析得出催化剂回收装置在最佳效果时的工艺参数。对催化剂回收的工艺参数进行优化,保证催化剂回收率,减少污水中的催化剂含量,减轻污水处理的压力,减少新鲜催化剂的使用量,保证产品质量稳定性。
In order to improve the catalyst recovery efficiency,the precipitation agent,precipitation pH val-ue and agitator speed were explored,combined with the concentration of catalyst recovery in wastewater,the process parameters of the catalyst recovery device in the best effect were analyzed.The process parameters of catalyst recovery were optimized to ensure the recovery rate of catalyst,reduce the catalyst content in sew-age,reduce the pressure of sewage treatment,reduce the use of fresh catalysts,and ensure product quality stability.
