摘要
对杜邦酯化工艺中出现的酯化釜快循环现象进行阐述和分析,说明了快循环发生是因为工艺条件处于临界状态,由于PTA原料及工艺参数的变化,导致快循环的出现。根据原料优化工艺参数可以减少酯化快循环现象的发生。
The fast circulation phenomenon appeared in esterification reactor of DuPont esterification process was expounded and analyzed. It was explained that the occurence of fast circulation was due to the critical situation of process condition. The change of PTA raw material and process parameters lead to the fast circulation phenomenon. The probability of fast circulation can be reduced by optimizing the process parameters according to the raw material.
