紫外通讯用真空型光电探测组件的日盲性能分析 被引量:5

Assessment of Solar Blind Characteristic of Vacuum Photodetecting Module′s for Ultraviolet Communication

摘要 分别用光谱测试系统和分光光度计对组成真空型光电探测组件的探测器光电阴极光谱响应和紫外滤光片的透射谱进行测试,并通过对两项测试数据的综合分析来评价组件的日盲性能。设计制作了一套可直观评价日盲性能的系统,指出实现真正日盲紫外探测的理想途径。 Solar blind characteristic is very important for photodetecting module of UV com-munication system. The spectral response curve of photocathode of ultraviolet detector was first-ly measured by using spectrum testing system and then the transmission spectrum of the solar blind filter by using spectrophotometry. Finally, the measurement results are analysed to justify the solar blind characteristic of the photodetecting module. Further more, one simple system that can intuitionally evaluate the solar blincl characteristic is established. The ideal approach to realize the true solar blind characteristic is hence settled.
