一种用于化学发光免疫分析仪的光电倍增管校验装置的研制 被引量:1

摘要 作为核心检测器件,光电倍增管(PMT)被广泛用于化学发光免疫分析仪中,具有噪声低、灵敏度高、线性范围宽的特点,其是否能够正常工作决定了检测结果的准确性。该研究根据化学发光免疫分析仪的原理和技术特性,设计了一款PMT校验装置,用于测试PMT功能是否正常,该校验装置不影响PMT作为探测器件正常的检测功能,线性好,可有效检测PMT的性能;此外,其可在化学发光免疫分析仪每次使用前对PMT进行线性度检测,评估PMT功能是否正常,并对PMT失效进行警示,有效提高了仪器的可靠性。 Photomultiplier tubes(PMT)are widely used in chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer,with the characteristics of low noise sensitivity and high sensitivity and wide linear range.As a core detection device,the normal operation of the device determines the accuracy of the detection results.According to the principle and technical characteristics of chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer,a PMT calibration device was designed in this study to test whether the PMT function is normal.It does not affect the normal detection function of PMT as a detector.The device has good linearity and can effectively detect the performance of PMT.Besides,the device can linearly detect the PMT before the chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer was used every time to evaluate whether the PMT function is normal and alarm the device failure,effectively improving the reliability of the instrument.
