摘要
采用等电点聚焦电泳对我国东北地区二倍体型和三倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫9种同工酶分析结果表明两者酶蛋白分子存在明显的同源性。G-6-PDH、DIA、PO、TO 和 ACP 5种酶在两型所有受检个体中均表现一致。PGM 和 MDH 呈现多态性,分别可见3种表现型。HK 和 ME 在二倍体型中出现个别酶变异体。依据上述各酶谱均不能对两型加以区分。结果提示它们的亲缘关系十分相近,目前尚未出现很明显的分化。
A comparative study was performed on nine isoenzymes of diploid type and triploid types of P. westermani collected from north-east of China by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis.The results showed that the enzymatic molecules of the two types possessed obvious similarity.G—6—PDH,DIA,PO,TO and ACP had homogenous band patterns and no variation was found either within or among the two populations. PGM and MDH were polymorphic enzymes each with three recognizable phenotype.Very few variants of HK and ME were observed in diploid.It was not possible to identify diploid and triploid by enzyme elec- trophoresis.This suggests that two types of P.w might be very close in phylogenetic relationship and no evi- dent differentiation occurred betweem them.
